Terms & Conditions

The Sunday Pup reserves the right to amend any of the terms & conditions stated below from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to all the terms & conditions listed below.



  • Please ensure all correct attributes (ie. size/colors) are selected before checking out. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable for any wrong orders made due to incorrect selections. .
  • Please double check on the product measurements to ensure that the sizing fits your pet.
  • All items are ready-stock, unless otherwise specified. A preorder/backorder label will be indicated on the product image. 
  • All bandanas and sailor bows are handmade and crafted upon order confirmation. Depending on seasonal demands, it might take about 2-5 working days for the order to be made and shipped to your address. 
  • Items on preorder/backorder basis will take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please only order if you are comfortable with the waiting time and in cases of unforeseen delays beyond our control. 
  • No refunds and cancellations for orders once payment is made. 
  • In the case of if item(s) is out of stock or a delay, The Sunday Pup will contact you via email. For out of stock items, a refund for the item(s) will be made via Paypal within 2 to 5 working days.


  • We currently accept payment via Paypal (Mastercard and VISA) and PayNow only.
  • For PayNow, payments need to be received within 2 hours upon ordering to confirm your items. Do include your first name in the payment reference and email the successful transaction screenshot to order@thesundaypup.com with your Order ID or reply to the order confirmation email that was sent, , 

Product Accuracy

  • Please allow a slight difference of 2-3cm in the toys measurements.
  • Prints placement variation is not considered a defect.
  • Loose threads, small/slight stains which do not affect the overall appearance of the item are not deemed as defective.
  • We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of your computer/mobile devices. Such situations are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colors.


  • All orders will be processed for delivery within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) once all items arrive at our warehouse. An email notification will be sent once the parcel is on it’s way to you. 
  • Kindly note that orders with both instocks and pre/backorder items will only be shipped out upon arrival of all items. Please cart out your items separately if you would like to receive the instock items first. 
  • You are advised to opt for standard courier service for tracking purposes and an ease of mind. The Sunday Pup is not liable for any lost / delayed mails from Normal Mail (Singpost) should you choose to opt for this option.
  • Do note that unforeseen delays might occur, and these delays are beyond our control.
  • The Sunday Pup is not liable for any lost mails due to incorrect delivery details. In the case of failed delivery attempts and retries (specified by our delivery partner), you will be required to top-up for re-delivery. 
  • Return packages will be forfeited if they are unclaimed after 90 days from date of purchase.

 Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • The Sunday Pup adheres to a strict no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations policy. As we strive to ensure all products are vetted properly before shipment, we would only allow returns and exchanges in the case of a defect and incorrect item sent by us. 
  • All defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The following are not considered as defects and will not be applicable for returns/exchanges: 
    • Difference in measurements by 2 to 3cm.
    • Slight difference in item colour due differences arising from individual computer/mobile resolutions.
    • Items with minute imperfections such as crease marks, loose threads, slight stains within the size of 1cm, are not considered defects, as long as they do not affect the overall look of the product or functionality of the item.
    • Print placements and abnormalities from digital printing.
    • Defects which might have been caused after washing or handling by customer.
  • Items must be unwashed with full packaging and tags intact for returns/exchanges. 
  • The Sunday Pup does not have a cash refund policy, and all returns would be provided in the form of store reward points equivalent to your order amount. This credit will not expire and can be used to make purchases on the site. 
  • Return packages are highly recommended to be returned to us via a traceable courier. We would not be held liable for any lost or damaged return packages.
